Reason to watch: Because it's gonna take a little more than cancer to kill the African-American baritone in Bateman, and Ponyboy's mouth-contortions really have a hold on me. Gross.

TV Honorable Mention: SBTB Edition

It's nice to take a step back and remember the GADness of 80's and 90's TV. With that I present Hot Sundae's "Go For It"

Reason to Watch: You need a new song for your caffeine pill freak-out parties

Breaking the Rules (1992)

Reason to Watch: You're cool enough to have this on VHS and will loan it to me. Also, some of the worst voice dubbing in movie history. Skip to 2:30 to decide for yourselves.

Every Which Way But Loose (1978)

Reason to Watch: Clint Eastwood! A monkey! Eddie Rabbit! Seriously, this has GAD written all over it.

Second Glance (1992)

Reason to Watch: Your youth pastor already made you watch it, and you learned:
1. If you don't pray for your parents marriage they will get divorced
2. If you don't teach your friends about Jesus they will kill themselves
3. "Hey Scotty! Jesus, man."

Twins (1988)

Reason to Watch: Despite this movie, Danny Devito is still cool as shit

Good + Bad = GAD Submissions

So many GADs were posted on Facebook that I needed to blog them into immortality. To submit a GAD movie, send trailer and short description why people should watch to

thegoodbadmovie@yahoo.com

Remember:
-the more obscure the better
-bonus points cameos and before they were famous roles
-aim for movies between 1980 and 1995
-Melissa and I will come to a consensus whether or not it qualifies as GAD. It takes a special combination of obscurity, continuity errors, bad acting and ripping off other movies to be GAD worthy

Check back for regular updates and post comments under the trailers
